  • Unlimited Weekday Group Classes – Supplement your HYROX training with Stronghold’s high-intensity group sessions.

  • One 1:1 Personal Training Session – Get individualized coaching to fine-tune your technique and strategy.

  • Nutrition Support – Fuel your training and maximize performance with expert nutrition guidance.
